Officer Customer Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and mails to prospective customers.
  • Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required.
  • Explaining and promoting about the service to prospective clients.
  • Assisting with marketing activities.
  • To handle the client complaints of their queries regarding the services and take their feedback about the services.
  • Maintaining and updating customer database.

Job Requirements/Skills:

  • Business Analysis capabilities.
  • Banking experience is desirable.
  • A good team player with positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Experience: 2-4 years’ experience

Remuneration: As per Industry standards

Location: Cochin, Kerala
