Prime Job Description

  • Primary Objective is to promote Progno products to New-to-Firm clients and crossdefine to existing clients for conversion, thereby contributing to User database generation & Topline fee growth.
  • Client Co-ordination (calling & follow up of Company clients, support to executives for generating new leads, follow up for documents, updating & reporting the data information to the Reporting Authorities, Coordination & Support other Dept Heads).
  • Follow up with Clients for Target Achievements. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Make outbound calls and mails to prospective customers. Sending mails to our customers, once all the documents are received updating respective department for the same.
  • Manage entire Customer Care Team & all accounts given to you.
  • Identify areas for improvement, scope projects and involve relevant others.
  • Understanding the clients. Explaining and promoting about the service to prospective clients.
  • Review Performance of the KPIs on a near term basis and develop plans for improvement in performance.
  • Manage financials of relationship, including support meeting of financial targets, sales promotion activities, support timely and correct commission reconciliation.
  • Ensure that channels and channel employees are engaged around business objectives & results.
  • Develop & implement initiatives to motivate & retain high performing talent.

  • Ability to learn things quickly but informally, which is learning by doing.
  • Accurate data inputting skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • The aspirant must be practical and decision maker who can make the instant decision by finding the solution of the certain problems also he must carry the basic knowledge of finance & marketing as required.
  • Smart People with sales skills, who can work with minimal supervision and can work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam, English and Hindi.
  • Proficient on MS Excel (Should know V-Look Up, basic excel formulas, sorting etc).
  • Preferably with a prior experience in Banking, Finance or Third-Party Distribution Life Insurance sales.
  • Analytical Skill in business planning and cost management.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Education: Graduate, Post graduate/Preferably MBA in Finance & Marketing.

Experience: Minimum of 3-6 Years’ Experience in the SME Business function (Bank and NBFCs) with degree /PG in finance, accounting or another related field like ratio analysis, statistics, economics, financial statement analysis and risk assessment.

Language Skills: ENGLISH/HINDI LANGUAGE MANDATORY), Regional Language skills will be an added advantage.
