Job responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and mails to prospective customers.
  • Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required.
  • Responsible for selling financial planning service and create revenue.
  • Explaining and promoting financial planning to prospective clients.
  • Assisting with marketing activities.
  • To handle the client complaints of their queries regarding the services and take their feedback about the services.
  • Maintaining and updating customer database.
  • Provide financial planning support to client.
  • Assist client in the gathering of financial information.
  • Explaining Financial Plan report to the clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should be from BFSI (experienced in any one sector broking, banking, MF, Insurance) preferably with experience in selling Insurance, Mutual Funds etc.

Skill Set Required:

  • Confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam, English and Hindi.
  • PC skills using MS Office/Open Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • A good team player with positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Education: Graduate- B. Com, BBA, PG-M.COM, MBA in Finance-Any Qualification.

Experience: 2-4 years’ work experience in Financial Sector.

Language: English, Hindi & Malayalam .

Remuneration: As per Industry standards.

Location : Cochin, Kerala
